Adventure-News   Tales of Monkey Island™: Piratiger Packshot und sympathische Synchro   
Daedalic veröffentlicht Tales of Monkey Island™, die Fortsetzung der legendären Monkey Island Adventure-Reihe von Telltale und LucasArts Entertainment Company LLC, am 26. Oktober erstmals komplett lokalisiert mit deutscher Sprachausgabe. Mit an Bord: Norman Matt, bekannte Stimme von Möchtegern-Pirat Guybrush Threepwood aus den deutschen Versionen von The Curse of Monkey Island™ und Flucht von Monkey Island™. Das PC-Adventure Tales of Monkey Island vereint alle fünf bisher nur als Download erhältlichen Episoden von Telltale in einem Komplettpaket.

In Tales of Monkey Island kommt es erneut zum Kampf zwischen dem mutigen Guybrush und seinem dämonischen Widersacher LeChuck. Der ewige Möchtegern-Pirat entfesselt dabei aus Versehen einen heimtückischen Voodoo-Fluch, der die Freibeuter der Karibik in unbeherrschbare Monster-Piraten zu verwandeln droht. Es ist an Guybrush und seiner Angetrauten Elaine, dem unheimlichen Treiben Einhalt zu gebieten. Doch das gestaltet sich umso komplizierter, nachdem Guybrushs linke Hand unter dem Einfluss des Fluches ein Eigenleben entwickelt…

Affenstarker Humor, gefĂĽhlsechte Romantik und Entermesser-Action vom
Feinsten: Tales of Monkey Island erzählt eine epische Geschichte in fünf Kapiteln voller Wendungen und Überraschungen. Erdacht und entwickelt wurde das neue Affeninsel-Abenteuer unter anderem von Dave Grossman, Michael Stemmle und zahlreichen weiteren ehemaligen LucasArts-Mitarbeitern, die bereits maßgeblich an The Secret of Monkey Island und Monkey Island™ 2: LeChuck’s Revenge™ mitwirkten.

Tales of Monkey Island ist ab dem 26. Oktober überall im deutschsprachigen Handel erhältlich.
